02. Conditions of Acceptance
All financial refund files must be presented inside the 60-day calendar window starting from the initial purchase date.
Buyers are asked to return any unused products or empty bottles back to our fulfillment logistics branch.
Standard expenses regarding parcel delivery and system handling are non-refundable and omitted from total payouts.

03. Processing Window
